So now my church is stuck with an annual subscription for a product that won't work for us. But the more expensive Prime version cannot be cancelled for a refund. If you have the Pro version you can cancel up to 14 days after you subscribe. How can you test all of the functions in one hour? If you want a refund of the Prime version you must request it within one hour of your subscription. Since it did not function as well as regular OBS I requested a refund. They only way I could test it for my church was to subscribe. I created 4 or 5 short streams of less than 5 minutes.
